### What We Offer
Beautiful Mind offers a full refund on your purchase in exchange for an honest video review of our product(s). We believe in our products and want to give every customer the chance to try them completely risk-free.

### Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Video Review Refund you must meet all of the following:
1. You have purchased a Beautiful Mind product from beautifulmind.shop
2. You are the original purchaser — the order must be in your name
3. You have not previously received a Video Review Refund from Beautiful Mind
4. Your video review meets all the requirements listed below

### Video Requirements
Your video must:
- Be at least **30 seconds** in length
- Show the **product clearly** on screen
- Include your **honest opinion** of the product — positive or negative
- Mention **Beautiful Mind** by name at least once
- Be filmed by you personally
- Be sent to us via **WhatsApp only**
Your video must not:
- Be scripted or clearly staged in a misleading way
- Contain offensive, harmful or inappropriate content
- Have been created for a different brand or purpose

### Refund Limits
- Maximum **1 refund per customer**, regardless of how many orders have been placed
- The refund applies to a **maximum of 2 units** per customer
- The refund amount equals the **exact amount you paid** for up to 2 units at the time of purchase, including any discounts that were applied at checkout
- If you paid a discounted price due to a bundle deal or promotion, the refund reflects that discounted amount — not the original retail price
- Original shipping costs are not refunded
**Example:** If you purchased 2 units at a bundle price of $19.99, your refund will be $19.99.

### How to Submit
1. Record your video review (minimum 30 seconds)
2. Open WhatsApp and send a message to our number
3. Include your **order number** in the message
4. Attach your **video file** directly in WhatsApp
5. We will review your submission and respond within 3 business days

### Approval & Refund Process
- Beautiful Mind reserves the right to **approve or decline** any submission that does not meet the requirements above
- If approved, your refund will be processed within **7 business days**
- The refund will be issued to your **original payment method**
- You will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp once the refund has been processed

### Rights & Usage
- By submitting your video you grant Beautiful Mind the right to **share and use your video** for marketing purposes including on our website and social media
- Your name and personal details will never be shared publicly without your explicit consent
- You may withdraw permission to use your video at any time by contacting us

### General Terms
- Beautiful Mind reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time
- Abuse of this program — including submitting fake orders or duplicate claims — will result in disqualification and may be reported
- This program is available to customers in the **United States and Canada** only
- By submitting a video review you confirm you have read and agree to these terms
